Fireworks Permits

The Lebanon Fire District, along with the Oregon Office of the State Fire Marshal, provide oversight and regulations for legally operating fireworks stands and displays within our fire district.  If you would like to have a fireworks booth within the Lebanon Fire District, you will need to complete the Lebanon Fire District Retail Sales Permit for Exempt Fireworks form below, and submit it along with the associated fee to the LFD Fire Marshal. 

The Oregon Office of the State Fire Marshal also requires an application to be completed, submitted to Lebanon Fire District first for approval, and then returned to their office for final approval.
