Address Sign Program

The Lebanon Fire District provides address signs to homeowners within our rural fire district. The address sign is similar to a reflective vehicle license plate and comes with installation instructions, attachment hardware, and a mounting post if needed. Please complete the order form below. Once your sign has been assembled you will be contacted to pick it up. We can provide installation for special circumstances.
