Wildfire Risk Assessment Request

In partnership with the Oregon Office of the State Fire Marshal, the Lebanon Fire District is performing free, wildfire risk assessments to homeowners in residing in the District boundaries. Our Fire & Life Safety professionals will evaluate your property's defensible space and give recommendations for mitigating wildfire risks.

Please note that completion of this form does NOT confirm your appointment, but rather will act as a starting point to get your assessment scheduled. Our Fire & Life Safety team will reach out to you and finalize your assessment time and date.
