Firefighter Rehabilitation Support Volunteer

Another important function provided as support volunteer members is to provide support to our firefighters during emergency events. That support is officially called firefighter rehabilitation or rehab for short. The rehab member is trained to provide support to firefighters exiting a fire. This type of support includes the following:

Taking firefighter vital signs
Providing hydration to firefighters
Providing nutrition to firefighters
Conducting traffic control
